| The Apple-Kegger ready for a wrap party |
I am often impressed with the innovation and brilliance of ideas in the grip department.
The grips latest is the apple-kegger. It is an applebox with the dimensions of a standard applebox of 8x12x20 inches, but inside there is a big surprise. The interior contains a double-wall insulated quarter keg of beer. After a long hard day of shooting, simply attach a tap and enjoy an ice-cold beer. It’s brilliant idea. I expect the apple-keggers will soon be ubiquitous on set. The grips are smarter than they look. lol
PS: This is my late April's Fool's post . . . of course. I wasn't going to do an April's Fool's post this year. I was overwhelmed working on a movie. A few days later, I saw a hundreds of hits on my website on April 1 from people looking for an April Fool's post. Sorry, I didn't have one ready. I'll be sure to have one ready next year.
