I was gaffing a commercial this week. The electric "crew" was me and a best. No chance of being a "white glove" gaffer when it is 2 of us and we have a 12K, 4K, S360, with a few other small lights.

The grips were equally small; a key and a best. They were awesome helping us when they could.
Small crews seem to be a trend, but I'm still hoping that some day I'll be a "white glove" gaffer.
