Raiding The US Treasury; Congress Gives Billions In Tax Breaks To The Wealthy With The Covid-19 Relief Bill

Congress gave billions in unnecessary tax breaks to the wealthy with the Covid-19 relief bill while the rest of us are struggling to pay our bills.  Congress seems completely unable to act with any fiscal responsibility.  They are like a teenage with a credit card:
