I recently rented my Astera lights for a music video. I wasn't on the job, but I programmed a variety of effects for them. It was a fun exercise in what you can do with Astera lights. Here is a demonstration of the effects:
The video was made with my iPhone 6S. The video looks good, but the iPhone struggles with some of the saturated colors. In the video are Titan tubes and AX5 pars. If you are wondering about the messy location, it's my basement. I'm still remodeling it after it was flooded last year. (It was 2020. Of course it got flooded.)
The music in the background is the great Thomas "Fats" Waller with 12th Street Rag.
I use Astera lights on almost every job I gaff anymore. I love working with them.
