I recently read a story about extreme weather all over the world. It noted that in approximately 170 recent stories about about extreme weather from around the world, climate change or global warming was only mentioned once.
The article went on to talk about how scientist studying global warming are dismayed that we are witnessing the beginning of the end of the world as we know it. No one is talking about it. No one is seriously addressing the crisis.
There was a small minority of scientist warning that global warming could be much worse than predicted. That has changed. More and more scientist are warning of unforeseen consequences. There may be a tipping point where the climate could change dramatically and uncontrollably. The Earth could be come less habitable for us, and all other life.
